Back exercise

As you look over our back training regimen, keep in mind which athletes have the greatest back development. One group that comes to mind immediately is gymnasts. Why? Because their skills and practice evolve around doing chin-up and pulling types of movements. Many people shy away from chin-ups because they’re difficult to do, but I believe they’re on of the best. You’ll find a special chin-up feature attached to this workout. Other good ways to work your back include going a few rounds with the heavy bag and swimming.

Instructions: If you have any kind of back problems or have ever injured your back, make sure you clear it with your doctor before trying this workout. Do the exercises in the order provided, resting 1-2 minutes between sets. Lift about 75% of the weight you can lift once, or less if you have trouble keeping control of the movements. Give yourself at least one rest day between workouts.
