These often-overlooked muscles make up 2/3 of your arm, so you will be working them hard. I’ve worked with body building title-holders, muscle magazine cover models and average Joes, and I always tell them:
*Don’t be afraid to experiment with sets and reps. Everyone is different. What gives Sylvester Stallone big arms may not work for you.
* Flex! If you want big arms, flex and hold your arm muscles several times a day, for about 25 seconds each time. You’ll see a difference. As Arnold Schwarzenegger once said, an unflexed muscle will look like an unpolished jewel.
* Before you work out, warm up. Do 5-10 minutes of light aerobic exercise. After you lift, do 5-10 minutes of aerobic exercise to cool down.
